The small Weril 680 in BBb is the best inexpensive small tuba you can find, in my opinion. It's the same sound as the small Yamaha but with a more comfortable hand position. My only complaint is that C above the staff is flat and requires an alternate fingering. I have read here that the same C is flat on the CC model. Joe S. has written some reports on these tubas, including the larger model. Check the archives.
