Most of my friends who play other instruments (Eb clarinet, C trpt D trpt etc..) are given separate parts with their new instruments to make them to have the "same" fingerings. (I"m sure you konw what I mean) Whereas tuba players are given on part in concert pitch. This (BTW) is one reason why band directors in same high schools are reluctant to let their players use CC tubas, they think they will have to transpose or order all new tuba parts.
