Steve Call at Brigham Young put a group together several years back and cut a CD with a number of these tunes on it. Nice performance, and I believe he did the arrangements. Steve is a fine tubist, pianist, arranger, etc., etc. Although he doesn't hit the Internet much, I'm sure he'd love to talk with you about this. Last time I looked, his phone number was on the BYU website. Phone, don't e-mail him cause he probably won't answer it - computers aren't his thing.
