You don't need a "mouthpiece maker" to get plating done. Look in the yellow pages for plating shops. Costs are dependent on many factors, but if you can get your small job added to a batch going into the tank, your cost will be very low. Also, you can get it plated with anything you want if you find a good shop (never tried zirconium). Make sure that either they will strip and buff it first or that you do it yourself before plating since every flaw will be preserved once the plating is on.
