In my humble opinion you need to take a close look at the interior dimensions and shapes of these two mouthpieces to see how they differ from each other physically. Then shop around to find something that is somewhere between them as a compromise. Doug Elliot can be very helpful in this way if you can find him.
I used to use paraffin to make a half-casting of the cups and throats of tuba mouthpieces. Then I would trace them carefully on graph paper. A vernier caliper is also a useful tool.
