YIKES! What kind of oil are you using. If the horn is new, you should be using something REALLY thin, like Roche Thomas, or Al Cass. If the horn is older, you can thicken those oils with 3-in-one oil. If oil isn't the problem, it MAY be the valve guide. But before you start messing with the guide, get a valve casing brush and give the valve casings a thouough going-over with a warm water and liquid soap mixture. Rinse off the valves and casing, re-oil the valves with a thin oil. Try that, If the valve is still messed up, bring it to a good repair guy and have him (her!) check the guides.

If this doesn't solve the problem, it MAY be in your hand position. Are you pushing the valves down straight? Do you push them the same way, every time? Pushing pistons down crooked WILL cause them to stick. Have someone ELSE play your horn, do they have the same problem? Good luck!
