There is a really good band called emerald city that plays in the area. Not sure where they will be next weekend. If you like funk, Professor D and the playschool has a great horn section. Both have web sites you could search for
Gale, Charlie and I play in a 19 piece tuba ensemble that meets on monday nights. I'm sure you could come listen if you want to. E-mail me.

Check out Reunion tower on Dallas, ir's pretty cool.
Ft. Worth has a world class zoo, Dallas's is pretty good.

Take a tour of the Ballpark in Arlington and visit the museum in the ballpark.
