I recently collected many tuba methods from interlibrary loan at Northwestern University. Do you have the Complete Bell Method? Did you check the Tuba Source Book? It lists some excellent sources including some not in English (Finnish, Russian, etc.) I couldn't get some of these through American Interlibrary loan but maybe abroad or in the tuba library in Texas through the T.U.B.A. association.
The materials I collected are coming to my home in a few months and perhaps you could contact me at 3 Amaryllidos Street, Aghios Stefanos, Greece 145 65 if you feel then then you might be missing something, though that library in Texas probably is quite good and the holdings are listed in the T.U.B.A. Journal.
