Hey everyone,
I am thinking of putting together a small recital for later this semester and I need some advice about some music. I got this strange notion to play a recital of music that is either new music or music that is not typicaly heard played by tuba. For example I want to play a piece such as the Ewazen concerto, a piece that is fairly new that not alot of people have heard live. I also got the notion to maybe do some electronic accompaniment, for example Tapestry 3.
Does anyone know where to get copies of these pieces or have any imput on some other pieces i could play? Any help would be appreciated. I just want to do something different rather than the traditional Vaughn Williams or Carnival of Venice, I'll save those for my real senior recital.
