Depending on the mouthpiece you use for euphonium, this may be the problem. I personally know that when I try to play euph with a moutpiece comfortable for me (Bach 1G), the horn is out of tune especialy the upper register (flat). When I play with a more appropriate mouthpiece (Bach 4G or 5G, Shilke 51D) that the pitch is consierably better, especially in the upper register. The problem with the tuba being sharp is your tendency to continue lipping notes up on the euph is bringing the pitch on the tuba up. The main thing would be however is if your endurance has shortened with the increase of this problem and if the "core" of your sound has shrunk. Other than those ideas and without hearing you play I wouldn't know much else what to say.

Good Luck!
