I can say that because I had been a previous owner of that tuba.

As "good as new"...??? Hmmm. Is it mostly looks that we often use a the barometer for this? Is the C.S.O. York as "good as new"?...It has had the "crap" overhauled out of it numerous times, and not always by good repairmen, from what I've heard.

My answer is "I don't know."
