I've had this problem on several occasions after long-standing gigs with the F tuba. It takes several weeks to get it back, and I use low legato etudes and mouthpiece buzzing (of low notes).
I make sure nowadays to spent more time on the BBb horns, and I find there's an optimum balance that keeps both horns at their best. But you have to zero in on it.
