Michael Lind recorded a version of it, but not the Little/Nelson version that I'm sure you are talking about. But it will probably give you enough to go on. Lind's ornamentation was both characteristic of the music and beautiful.
It was on the same recording as the Hindemith, unless I'm remembering incorrectly. And that's all too likely--I haven't looked at this album in 15 years.
