What you are asking a computer to do is extremely difficult. The technology is called MOCR,Musical Optical Character Recognition. The main problem with the process is that the computer has to know many different styles of printing. As far as I know and the other posters have told you, this process leaves much to be desired. I tried this once and found it to be faster to play the parts in on a keyboard, trust me when I say my piano skills are lacking, than try to fix all the mistakes that were in the part. So, my suggestion is to play the parts in to the computer. If you are having a difficult time, talk to your church organist and ask him for help. If you don't have an organist, go to a local college and ask a piano player there if they would help you, maybe you could even get a student in a music technology class to do the entire thing for you as part of a class assignment.
