Nice looking horn! The differences with the old 2341 seem to be mostly in the leadpipe and the bell, the valve set and the branches look pretty much the same as the existing design (though I seem to remember hearing there were other changes.
The perhaps interesting question for those of us who own 2341's is whether the same effect could be obtained by getting the new bell and leadpipe for $1000 or so and having Matt replace the originals. I'd certainly be game (though it would mean a new case, too).
I also wonder whether thought was given to provision for a 5th valve ala the Conn 52/56J series.
