I haven't seen nor owned any factory Holtons with larger 4th valve tubing, and indeed all of the old brochures that I own call the CC-345 a .750" bore instrument with no mention of other bores in the valveset.

Acquiring large rotors from Peter Hirsbrunner is relatively "easy" these days (particularly in the age of e-mail) for some people, but not as easy as calling up Ed Strege in Wisconsin and asking for a .770" bore rotor and some tubing, or calling Sonia at U.M.I. and asking for a .750" bore rotor and some tubing.

According to a first-hand conversation with Gene Porkorny, the 4th valve tubing on the C.S.O. York is barely smaller (not larger) than 1-2-3.
