They are probably thinking that it would make them look "greedy" to increase the rush fee, but I think that they might should consider "separating the men from the boys" and step up the rush fee to either a straight $150 per job or 250%. Then, there would NOT be a "backlog" of "rush" jobs, and those who "actually no foolin" could not afford to be without their stuff could have access to quicker turn-arounds.
