Don't assume that Kalmus doesn't have Prokofiev. I understand things have changed since the Soviet collapse, but I've performed Prokofiev 5th from Kalmus parts since then. There's also the Torchinsky series, not excerpts but complete parts. Search the tubenet archives for Torchinsky series info. And try kalmus-music.com for actual individual parts.
