As with any tuba, you should test fingerings on a specific tuba to establish the intonation tendencies. That being said, here are the fingering I use, starting with the Bb just below the staff and going chromatically down:

Bb - 4
A - 2&4
Ab - 4&5
G - 2&3&4
Gb - 3&4&5
F - 2&3&4&5
E - 1&2&3&4&5
Eb - Open
D - 2
Db - 1
C - 1&2
B - 2&3
Bb - 4

In each case, make sure that these fingering produce good intonation without lip adjustments. The real beauty of 5 valve tubas is that you shouldn't have to lip pitches because you have so many choices of alternate fingerings. Good luck!
