Hey, everybody...
Don't know if you remember but I posted a msg here about my horn being stolen last month. Thanks to all who gave advice and tried helping me out! Long story, and it looks as though it's not coming home. Good news, though, the insurance co. is shelling out for a new one. I wanted to see if y'all had any recommendations for me. I'm looking for a 4/4 or 5/4 CC to fill a very well-rounded role. I play in the Eugene S.O., along with some quintet and trio work. I want front action valves w/a rotary 5th, and the "standard" hard-to-find beautiful high and low registers. I'm playing on a friends Getzen "Canadian Brass" horn, and I love it, but it doesn't quite fit me right. I'd love some help from anybody who isn't a sales rep! I'm pretty flexible price-wise (under $8K). Thanks!
