I will second the vote for Mark Moore. I just finished my undergrad there and he is very good and has done a good share of orchestral training. John Stevens and Rex Marin are also very good choices. If you really want to go all out orchestral, I would recomend trying to get in touch with Pokorney and get some lessons from him. Another great choice in the Wisconsin area would be Jerry Young at Eau Claire. He has a lot of experience in the audition process and is an incredible teacher. Good luck and happy hunting.
