Depends what you're after. On the low end, there are some vintage non-comp front/side action 4-valve instruments (e.g., old Conns). There are the European rotary-valve "oval" euphoniums, such as the Cerveny, but apparently they're an acquired taste. There's currently a 4-rotary-valve Mirafone on eBay, but I don't believe that this was considered to be one of Mirafone's better efforts.

But if you're looking for 4-valve-front high-end compensating euphs, the only one that comes to mind is the Canadian Brass Willson 2975--a really nice horn. But Willson no longer makes the thing (nor do I think they ever made many of them), so you'll have to do some scrounging if you're after one. Last year's Brasswind catalog priced it at about $4300.
