I have only being playing the tuba for a few and have started to develop what seems to be the correct embouchure. What I want to know is an answer to what I am experiencing is the subtle change in lip pressure to achieve the correct notes. I find when I play bottom 'C' I have to tighten my lips ever so slghtly to reach 'D' 'E' 'F'... etc is this correct?
