Several places on the web have notes from masterclasses. Dean posted the URL to one of them below. The book "Song and Wind" by Brian Frederiksen, with oversight by Mr. Jacobs, is a documentary on the history and philosophies of Arnold Jacobs. This book is well footnoted and concise in its coverage. Every page is fairly thick with ideas.

As far as video tapes; there are video tapes of his summer masterclasses given at Northwestern University. There must be 10-20 hours of video tape spanning several years. I have viewed a good chunk of them and they are absolutely priceless. It is a shame that the tapes are not going to be somehow made more widely available. I understand that the current plan is for them to stay in the NWU library indefinetally. Sure would be great if copies could be made available to other institutions, such as other university libraries, but I don't see that happening anytime soon.
