If it was my horn, I'd take it to a repair guy instead of trying home remedies. This isn't someone's beater, it's obviously fairly new. It shouldn't take a repair tech any amount of time at all to fix something like this.
A word of caution--it may seem like it's the bell rim, but it may not be the rim at all-buzzes have a way of misleading you. Best to leave this one to the pros.
