I would think that I simple bath of the horn like most people do on a yearly basis anyway would suffice, with a mild dish detergent (providing that won't hurt the finish on the horn--I'm can only speak to the medical aspect of things). Strictly speaking, you won't be able to "re-infect" yourself after your illness, as your body will provide immunity once you've already been infected (provided you have a normal immune system to begin with). As always, use common sense if you share the horn, just as the same sense you would use with sharing drinking glasses, kitchen utensils, etc. Your saliva can harbor the viruses and common bacteria that cause these illnesses, and these bugs can survive in the saliva outside the body (and in your horn or mouthpiece) for a while. I hope you're feeling better soon.
