Doesn't your shop charge by the hour for dent work? And if you use a dent eraser wouldn't your shop make less money since it will take less time. The only way I would see getting a dent eraser as making more money is that possibly those people who would not normally remove the dents because of cost would now be willing to have the dents taken out.
