Bill, The previous answers are exactly correct. I play Eb Baritone Sax parts on my bass trombone regularly, but.... If you want to transpose any music to any other just remember the rule that "when a transposing instrument plays their written C, they will be playing the name of their instrument in concert pitch". A french horn in F will play a concert F when they play their written C. Likewise an Alto Sax will play a concert Eb when they play a written C. As you have probably figured out by now, all us bass clef instruments play in concert pitch with no transposition when playing in bass clef. Now if I could just read tenor clef! Jim
