The most agile one I've found is an old 1918 Besson class A Eb. With a shallow mouthpiece it sounds more like a euphonium, and with a deep mouthpiece it sounds more like a tuba.

Another option is to get a wide diameter yet shallow mouthpiece for euphonium. It only takes a minute with a lathe to turn a bass trombone size shank down to fit a euphonium receiver. Just get a shallow Eb tuba mouthpiece with a small shank and have someone turn it down even smaller. Other euphoniumists will wonder how you get such a huge, vibrant sound.
