I agree about the C. I've had one for about 2 weeks and I think it's okay. With a blue note strap it feels pretty light. My main horn is a Pt20P, so I bought the Weril for strolling and ttraveling to little gigs on the subway. It works great for that. I have the first, second and fourth valve slides all pulled out a bit (the 4th more than a bit) and I find it to be okay as far as intonation on my korg. I play upright and tuba in a small cabaret act and this horn is working well for that as I can "step on the gas" a bit air wise and not blow people out of small rooms. This was not the case with the big horn. This horn is exactly what it is, a small, decent, reasonably playable horn. I'm happy with my purchase, and if you travel on trains, I would definitely go for the bag as opposed to the case which is bulky and for me ruins the reason to own this horn in the first place. I'm enjoying the little thing alot, however, I have no plans to get rid of my Perantucci. Good Luck. Peace. ASG
