I'd appreciate any leads or suggestions regarding where I might buy a CD of the Martinon/CSO/Nielsen 4th Symphony recording. I've searched online, beyond BN and Amazon, and have been unable to locate a copy. It appears to be out-of-print. I know there's a brief excerpt on the Jacobs CD, but I'd like to hear the whole performance. In a "perfect world", I'd like to hear it before attending the CSO concert on the 20th........
