I own a Mirafone C4 which fits into the receiver of my little Mirafone tuba almost exactly 1 inch, just slightly less than a Bach. I own a Perantucci mouthpiece with their standard size shank (unmarked). It goes in about .75 inches. I want to order a "PT" that fits properly. Is the Perantucci "S" shank about the same size as my Mirafone C4 shank?
If somebody could tell me another mouthpiece that has about the same size shank as their "S" shank Perantucci, that would be handy! I own a bunch, just not another PT.
