When I get together with my used-to-be-a-pro-trombone-player-friend (neither of us cares much for American "p*ss" beer nor football) and our wives are off chatting in the back of the house, we pull out the O. Blume duets for trombone/baritone/bassoon/[cello?]

Usually, I can play the 2nd part on the F tuba. Occasionally, I take it down an octave, particularly when it zooms up to trombone high Bb's.

I think there are two editions. One edition has a mistake 2nd trombone part in the fugue movement (only fugue in the whole set - unmistakable) of the last duet.

Generally, these sound classical/rococcoish.
