If your tuba is of the same type as the one illustrated in my galleries, I might have some ideas about its origins, even if I cannot say anything for sure.

The shown Washington tuba has some "American" features: front action pistons and bell front.

However I don't remember to have seen many US made BBb tubas, which are that lean. Most have much wider bores through the outer branches.

That makes me think, that this tuba is of European origin. If one looks for companies, which will try to adapt to any market, and which will put any name on their products, then B&S/Weltklang and Amati will pop up.

However I don't remember having seen B&S making bell front instruments, so I think Amati is the most likely maker.
