I own a St. Pete and my son has a Miraphone. I am not going to say my horn is better than his because well all know that I would probably be admitted into the nearest mental hospital. I will say that he is a HS student, I play in a Brass Quintet and my St. Pete has been my faithful horn for years now. Yeah the older models tarnish easier (mine included) but a nice polish that I use takes care of that. They are good horns, I have played the 202's at TE and they are nice.
