The Besson sousaphone used to have (maybe still have) pretty standard bores. 0.730 for the BBb version and 0.689for the one in Eb.

That may imply, that you can use slides from non-Besson sources. (Yes, I know, that the Besson sousaphones have a non-standard wrap, when it comes to valve tubing).

The link will take you to a folder, where you can find single page scans in .pdf-format of low brasses from a 1985 Besson catalogue. Among them is one page with the Besson sousaphones.
