I have found a local leather shop that makes everything from belts to saddles. He took a 1/4 thick piece of leather and made side A with a large end to allow a hole to be cut and fit side B through. Make two of these. This makes the loops you can place most anywhere on your horn. On side B there are holes every half inch or so for adjustment. a strap linking the two can be made of anything (more leather, a small girt from a saddle, anything padded).
The best part is that you do not scratch your horn and you can personalize your harness.
Hope this helps.
