To clarify... I'm not saying that I don't agree with your thoughts about proper communication and I do agree that being able to convey your message right the first time is very important. Having said that, I simply don't believe that a tuba message board is the correct place to try and correct someones errors.

What I dislike are the postings that talk down to the indiviual in a negative fashion. "Positive reinforcement" may not be the correct phrase but it doesn't change my thoughts about being positive. When a person says he's happy about something and it gets turned around into how terrible he is... What are these people thinking?
