OSHA Who? Oh yeah, I remember seeing those guys once. I worked for a major industrial plating facility in the early 80's then. Not exactly a steel mill or a ship yard but certinly a really bad place to have to work at any time in history. I am sure glad those days are behind me. It is too bad your grand dad was not willing to share his experience with you. My late father and grandfather were pretty open about these things and for that I am grateful. Like I touched on before, it gives you a healthy respect for what those who went before had to go through to create the things we so often take for granted today.
