For any of you in the Seattle area who haven’t made firm plans for Christmas Eve, our Tuba-Euphonium Ensemble will be playing before/between services in the sanctuary at University Presbyterian Church, located at 4540 15th Ave N.E. (in the U-District).

The first two services are oriented towards families bringing younger children, and the evening ones are more traditional candlelight services. Due to some varying items, some of our sets are longer than others. Here’s the schedule for the Tuba Euphonium Ensemble:

3:15-3:50 TE Ensemble
3:50-4:00 Piano prelude
4:00-4:45 Family Service 1
4:55-5:10 TE Ensemble
5:10-5:15 Piano prelude
5:15-6:00 Family Service 2
6:35-7:00 TE Ensemble
7:00-8:05 Candlelight Service
8:20-9:00 TE Ensemble
9:00-10:05 Candlelight Service
10:20-11:00 TE Ensemble
11:00-12:05 Candlelight Service

We’ll be playing a variety of traditional Christmas music arrangements by Roger Vaughn, David Werden, Gary Buttery, and David Sabourin.

So, if you're in the area and haven’t firmed up your afternoon/evening plans, please feel welcome. Come early if possible, because seating disappears quickly.

Best holiday wishes to all, and God bless.

Tony E
