I have one, and as long as your lips know exactly where they need to be, it should be fine. I found that it is very well in tune when it sounds the best. If i have a weak sound, it's out, but if I beef up my sound and make it as rich and round as possible, the intonation is there. I'm willing to bet that this is true of most horns.
