Actually, it isn't the Atlanta Brass Band. The Atlanta Brass Band was a professional filled group that would meet once or twice a year for concerts, but for some reason (I think ego of some) it didn't survive.
What you have now is an up and coming group called the Georgia Brass Band. They're a fun group that is running as a non-profit organization.
