The Brasswind has resonably priced aftermarket cases. As to shipping; if you want to spend as little as possible you can utilize Greyhound or Amtrak. UPS or FedEx can be pretty pricey due the girth of the package. I had good luck arranging shipments at Cargo.com to ship by truck. Depending on the distance, this can be fairly economical and also provides door to door service. The nice thing about shipping by truck is that you can negotiate a price if you're not shy.
