Does your school or community have a swimming pool? My old high school had a nice pool facility, so here was a place indoors where we had access to a hose and warm water in the winter. We just cleaned our tubas and euphs in there. A combination of water pressure, and putting water into the horn and vigorously shaking it, should get the 3-month-old tuna fish sandwich out of it, and the bag of Doritos, too.
