The more correct (and easier) procedure for low a C-Db trill would be 12-4/2-4 as 12-4 is the next fingering in the chromatic sequence on a non-compensating 4 valved instrument after 2-4 - you know, the whole "the longer the instrument gets, the more tubing it takes to create a half step" acoustical physics thing. Make sure though your final landing is on an open C. As for Eb to F, just use 2-3/1. So you have to practice your finger coordination a bit. If you absolutly cannot do that then your fingering option should be 13-4/1 (utilizing the same arguement as above). Assuming you have a thumb valve, its MUCH easier moving the pinky and ring finger in sync than the thumb valve the velocity to produce a trill.
