if you are talking about low C to Db, try going from 2-4 to 1-4, the 1-4 will be a little sharp, but for a trill it should be OK. in the middle register, you can use 2-3 to 3. For the upper notes, use open to 3.
As for the F to Eb, you might experiment with using 2-3 for the Eb if you are having problems with just 2nd valve alone. Most Cervenys require you play that Eb 2-3 anyway.
