That Ian Krause piece would be "An American Interlude". Pretty neat piece -- with pedal notes GALORE in the second tuba part. And who can beat a big phat pedal A? The last note of the piece is a pedal D-flat that is supposed to fade into nothingness... it lasts about 16 measures. I think there were a few times in rehearsal I started blacking out on that piece -- and I had the FIRST tuba part. (Still bitter at you about that one, Daryl. ;-) )
