Hi! I just stumbled onto this board, and I think it's great.
I have a question regarding my tuba. How do I identify the model? Here's what I know:
It is a brass lacquered Meinl Weston 4-valve(rotary) CC tuba. I bought it used about ten years ago from a guy who said he was replacing it with "basically the same tuba, but with 5 valves."
The engraving says "Meinl Weston A Division Of Getzen" other than that, I can find no identifying marks. I am asking out of curiosity only, but I would appreciate any help. Thanks!
