Hello, Patti.

I'll bet that if you try gig bags made for a Conn 56J, or a Getzen G-50 (formerly known as the CB-50) you'll be very close. I have the same model horn as your son, and the dimensions are very close to these horns (about 19.5" bell, ~32.5" tall).

There may be somewhat of a mis-fit, however, as these horns have front-action pistons, whereas the ol' York is top action & has the leadpipe on the flip-side. You could sew in a handy padded storage pouch of some sort to fill the space where the front-action valves would normally go.

Try before you buy, if at all possible.

And of course there is always the made-to-order bags as produced by Dolly Bags or Altieri, but then you'll be into money better spent on a valve job for the York.

If your son keeps playing, this horn is a great candidate for someday conversion to front-action with a new valveset. If he takes the horn for granted, trade HIM in! :)
