The 13th Annual TUBACHRISTMAS concert will be held on Friday, December 21, 2001. The performance will take place as Sundance Square, 512 Main Street, downtown Fort Worth at 12:00 noon. This year's conductor will be Norlan Bewley, tuba artist with Top Brass, from Dayton, Ohio. Master of Ceremonies will be Dr. Steve Shoop, a Fort Worth native and local band director.

Registration is from 9:00-9:45 a.m. and is followed by a rehearsal from 10:00-11:15. Registration and the rehearsal will be at the Radisson Plaza Hotel, 815 Main Street, downtown Fort Worth (2 blocks north of the Tarrant County Convention Center). Participants should dress in accordance with the prevailing weather conditions and should bring a music lyre and instrument strap. The music performed will be from CAROLS FOR A MERRY TUBACHRISTMAS used at all official MERRY TUBACHRISTMAS concerts. The books may be purchased at registration for $10.00.

The registration fee for participants is $5.00. Hats, scarves, CDs and other official TUBACHRISTMAS merchandise will also be available for purchase.

Coffee, juice, and donuts are provided courtesy of Brook Mays Music Company.

Please invite someone to come with you who has not previously participated in TUBACHRISTMAS.
